The safeIDS RFID safety switch offers a high level of flexibility in manufacturing processes up to performance level e. Together with an IO-Link Safety master and a safety controller, the safeIDS allows safe object and position detection. The safety switch is easy to install and commission. Thanks to the IO-Link Safety communication interface, you obtain not only safe identification data but also continuous diagnostics data. This makes fast process changes with an automatic restart of the machine possible. Flexible production right down to batch size 1 can thereby be achieved, for example for robot applications.
